At Hillside Home Store we believe the things you use every day should be made with intention and built to last. Our products are handcrafted from high quality natural materials, and with proper care, they are designed to be used for years to come.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we make and are committed to taking care of our customers along the way.

Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee your order will arrive safely and in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

The Handmade Nature of Our Products

Part of what makes Hillside Home Store special is that each item is handmade in small batches.

Minor variations in shape, glaze, color, texture, or small cosmetic imperfections are normal and celebrated as part of the character of handmade craftsmanship rather than considered defects. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

Filter & Consumable Items

Due to the consumable nature of water filters and certain kitchen goods, used filters and consumable items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective upon arrival.

Proper Use & Care

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper cleaning, neglect, or normal wear over time.

We encourage customers to follow all care and maintenance instructions to help ensure the longevity of their products.
