Hillside Home Store — Return Policy
At Hillside Home Store, each item is crafted with care using natural materials and traditional methods. We believe in creating heirloom-quality pieces that are both functional and enduring. Because our products are made by hand in small batches, slight variations are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Returns and Exchanges
We are only able to offer returns or exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping. We do not accept general returns at this time.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery by emailing hello@hillsidehomestore.com. Include the following information:
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photographs of the item and its original packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Packaging and Shipping
We take great care to ensure that every order is securely packaged for safe delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you, provided that the damage is reported within the three-day window and properly documented.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products reported more than three days after delivery
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
