Upon delivery I noticed there was a hand written note on the box. A very personal touch! It was packed perfectly. We absolutely love our Stillwater well! It’s as beautiful as it is functional. Our water tastes amazing thanks to this product. For years we have been drinking bottled water due to the poor quality tap water in our area. This filter eliminates that problem. We are very happy! Sooooo glad I chose Hilside. I'd been looking for a new system for awhile. When I saw this, I knew right that this is what I want. Looks absolutely gorgeous in the kitchen. Sprung for the brass faucet - I highly recommend it. Water is so smooth. Replacement filter is so reasonable. When you package arrives, you will see that it's a master class in how to prepare a box for shipping. Quality and class, thru and thru.

I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review after using the Stillwater Well for awhile. I had been researching other water filtration systems that also use minimal plastics that were similar to this one using different materials, but they weren’t quite what I was hoping for nor wanted… until I stumbled upon this one! We love it!

It is so easy to use and the water taste great! We’re a family of four who drinks a lot of water and it has no trouble keeping up. I’m glad to have been patient and waited until we found this one. It has been worth it! Thank you. :)

Eagerly waiting for the next Wednesday Stillwater Well drop, I was able to quickly purchase my very own Stillwater Well. To my surprise, I did not realize that there would be one very large box followed by a smaller box. The extreme care taken to carefully package all the various components of the Stillwater Well was impeccable! Initially when I purchased the Stillwater Well, I thought that I only purchased the Well. To my surprise, I now realized that I bought the entire package and BOY was I glad that I did. The beautiful heavy crafted simple design is absolutely excellent quality. The instructions were very clear for the initial setup. Lastly, this filtered water is the BEST TASTING water ever! I immediately cancelled my regular 5-gallon water subscription service from a company that I will not mention. I'm drinking more water than ever before, just because it tastes amazingly good and fresh.

We’ve liked it so far only thing is spout should be lower because a lot of water stays behind. And I don’t want to keep tipping it over to get all the water out.

We had a RO counter top machine for 5 years, water was better filtered than other options but it still was flat and we were concerned about the microplastics and the waste of water. The stillwater well has been a huge upgrade for our family. No more wasted water from the machine, less concerns about the quality of the water and its beautifully made. Highly recommend!

When I say this filter is the best thing I have ever bought.. it’s not a lie. The water is so good I wish I could swim in it!!I 100% recommend this product to anyone who is prioritizing clean drinking water.

I actually love my gravity filter! It is beautiful and works well! And i loved the hand written note on the delivery package 💙Only thing im curious about is that it is supposed to have a stainless steel spout, and it feels more like a plastic spout ?

Shipping was very quick, the water filter is beautiful just like you see online, very easy to set up and my water tastes very clean!

I wouldn’t recommend this water filter. The two pieces that lie on top together have a huge gap making it not sealed. There was also mold growing in both the filter and water compartment Not sure if ours is faulty or what but for $500+ you’d expect better. We’ve had it for less than a month so these issues early on do not make it “heirloom”

Looks and works great. Very easy to set up, do to the height of our cabinets we did not need to use the bowl stand ( wish it was option to not add bowl maybe help with price point) The pitcher is very nice to add water to the tank. I do recommend filtering out the tank a few times before use to get rid of any bad taste.

I’m using tap water but the taste is not pleasant after filtering . It smells a bit weird, but the taste is getting a bit better throughout the times I refill it.

Handcrafted and small business owned and do not disappoint. It works amazingly and is beautiful in my home!
